Homework and project are to be done in groups of two. No single-person group or three-person group will be allowed, unless a special permission is granted from the instructor. Choose your partner carefully; you cannot change your partner with the instructor's permission.
Put the names of both partners on all homework assignments. Both partners should mention their effort level, totaling to 100% on each submission; otherwise, even contributions will be assumed. The grade for each partner will be
grade = min(100, fraction_of_possible_points_awarded * percent_contribution/50).
You are free to discuss with others in interpreting assignments. However, the solutions to the assignments have to be solely done by the group.
