Design Requirements:
- Certifiable under FAR Part 23
normal category (single pilot)

- Operate out of small airports.
- Design Payload
Five (5) passengers with baggage
One (1) flight crew member
- Ability to land/take-off on 2500 feet paved airstrips at MSL.
- Turbojet engine.
- Mission Alternates:
- Best Cruise Altitude >35000 for 1000 nm range (at design payload)
- Maximum Range: > 1200 nm @ 25000 MSL (at 1/3 design payload)
(Supply a Range/Payload curve)
- 45 minute hold at primary destination
- Service ceiling above 40000 MSL.
- All weather flight capability.
- Make certain FAR requirements are met with the exception that we will
assume that the FAA will certify a single engine jet at a landing speed of
70 K.
If any other condition above cannot be met, do the best possible
according to your own judgement.
