Course Description
Introduction to the protocol architecture of the data link layer,
network layer and transport layer for wireless networking.
Operation and management of Medium Access Control in Wireless Local
Area Networks (WLAN), Wireless Metropolitan Area Networks (WMAN); Recent developments in IEEE 802.11 & 802.16 and Bluetooth;
Mobile IP; Mobile TCP; Cognitive Radio Networking.
