Anh Nguyen is interested in Software Engineering with the main goal is to mining data in software repository, for improving quality and productivity of software systems. His other research interests include Program Analysis and Machine Learning and their applications in Software Engineering.

With special love to Electronics, Nguyen also interests in embedded systems and problems for software applications on those systems. One direction is the studying on Hardware Description Languages (SystemC, SpecC, VHDL, etc.) and their concurrency nature. Another direction is analyzing embedded software on multiple platforms using Android.
(Update: Some SE/IR algorithm on FPGA is drawing my attention. It is really exciting. Although implementing it is much harder than software version, but it would pay for muxh higher performance)
